I cannot wait for turkey, juiced with butter. Carby mashed potatoes, homemade with whole milk, butter, and salt. Broccoli, cheese and rice casserole, made with REAL Cheez Whiz. Corn bread stuffing, loaded with veggies and butter and a blend of spices guaranteed to make your mouth water.
And rolls, and rolls, and rolls.
Between Black Friday starting on Wednesday, and our beloved crazy ass families, do we not have enough stress loaded on us during the holiday?
I’m going to go with, “Yes.” And so, it is with love that I ask you to take your low carb, grass fed, vegetarian, diet safe Thanksgiving Day meal ideas, warnings, and suggestions… and stuff it.
I am eating horribly tomorrow. I’m over eating. I probably won’t be hitting the gym extra hard this weekend to compensate. And I have ZERO guilt about this.

Vegan? Awesome. Eat that tofu turkey stuffed with tofu. On a diet? You’re in luck! Turkey’s diet food. Rinse the butter off the green beans and you’ve got a meal. Eating GMO free? I have wild turkeys in the ranch behind my house for you. Let’s go get you one!

This was the turkey neck we pulled out of our turkey when we prepped it tonight. It’s the thickest turkey neck I’ve ever seen. Possibly alien. Possibly evidence of steroid use amongst turkeys.
We’re eating it regardless. (The turkey, not the neck.)
